I'm personally interested in clothing making as well, except for my attentions is for making cosplay costumes. From what I can rember from my research was I know one thing you need are clothing patterns, sold at craft stores such as Joann Fabrics, Michaels, etc... I don't know where you can get any free ones, but the purpose of these patterns is to aid you, but you can make adjustments to them as you see fit. One thing you problbly should look up is "How to sew" or "Sewing Tutorials" if you haven't and see if you have any luck that way. Here's a site I found, don't know if it'll help at all but eh, I tried XD www.sewneau.com/how.to/french.seam.htmlIts hard to figure out this stuff out from online means, unless you go to a forum where they know all about clothing, and know where to find you the right tutorials. Other than that I know you problbly need to know the various types of stiching and how to do them, but I don't think I'll have any luck in finding that though T___T

If you mean making clothes in RL its fun. (: I'm making a dress atm because i take Textiles for A-Level.
But yeah you just pretty much need a pattern & a sewing machine and you're good to go.

For heaven's sake Pocket Sock isn't that what a forum's about, making threads and asking question and i mean it's not like you even have to read Rachel's threads so give the girl a break.

really i guess i didn't see that in the rules but i don't see why some one could have more than three if one of them is really old.

Thanks Linsey. i just didn't think it was fair that anyone should be criticizing anyone else for posting treads no mater if they don't make sense. Posting threads is what a forums about.
