Posing dogz, I think is much harder than catz. They're always more fidgety and it can sometimes take quite a bit of time to get a good pose out of your dogz. What you need to doTake your dog out into an empty playscene (no distractions, other dogz, toys etc) Pick up your dog, and hold it until it turns to face right. Right sided poses are preferred to left with dogz and also look better Your dogz feet should be pretty aligned so they almost look like one. Start taking pictures. Your dog will probably be startled by the camera at first, but will get used to it with practice. Read on to see examples of dali and dane poses. Dali PoseWith dali poses, you've got to keep clicking the camera until the dog turns to face you with a serious but relaxed look on its face. Its chest should be puffed out as shown in the pictures. The tail should be nicely curled over the dogz back as shown, unless the dog has a drop tail, therefore, it's not possible. Dane PoseWith dane poses, again, keep clicking the camera until the dog puffs out its chest and holds his head as shown. With dane poses, only one eye should be showing. Legs should be aligned as much as possible. If the dog's tail is like a dali's for example, it should curl round the back. Hope that helped you in some way ^_^ How To Pose A Cat coming soon, when I can be bothered writing something up.

yes, therre's a poodle pose, but I don't think there's a shep pose. They just pose like normal dogz, the "cat legs" are because they're hexed that way and can't pose otherwise.... I think... (not an expert at dog posing)

Are there any specific requirements for what dogs have to pose in what ways? Because I've seen a dane cross with basically dane body type win a show with a dali pose.
