I just installed PetzA on my hardrive(I already had it, my old hardrive departed me) and I ran Petz 5 with it and amessage with a big exclamation mark shows up.
Could it be something to do that I have been to lazy to delete the two files to make the sound work, or what? I'm confused.
Edit - I uninstalled it, I'm going to install it again and see if it does anything.

It's told you what to do. Have you tried doing what it's suggested?

When I first was installing it I chose for it to automaticly install the correct version of Petz 5.
And, now, the answer is yes, because it's still giving me the stupid message. -rips hair out-
And it doesn't have a file(at the Sherlock Website) for Petz 5. Just Dogz 5. I'm going to download an older version. It's making me mad.

The Dogz Five .exe is what you need. -edit- Lemme clarify: Catz 5's .exe file is the ****tastic one that demands a CD and such. Dogz 5 doesn't. That's why you need it. You should be able to just drop it into the root directory and overwrite the petz5.exe already there. It's not the .exe that knows you have catz as well, it's in various settings that aren't affected by the .exe change.
