Okay, so forever ago I had this bugged version of the Daschund breedfile (I got Pet Workshop for the first time and this was my test file). It didnt come out ANYTHING like I wanted- but the things that did come out were utterly adorable and an instant hit. They were dubbed "Turnakins" (some of you might remember them ;3) Well- Im trying to remake the old breed, but now Im having another problem =_=* Problem 1: As they age- they get smaller.. My Thoughts: I want them No-grow, Im pretty sure I know how to do this (just copy the pup size info into the adults, right? ^^') but Im just wondering in general why its doing that? Problem 2: Instead of my recolored version, the normal-colored Daschund is coming out. This is very annoying as I have been working on it for a few hours and DD: its not funny.. Problem 3: Not really a problem, but if someone could tell me how to make it so your Petz can have multiple colored-eyes with LNZ Pro I would love you. Okay- thats all the problems... so far. :> Note :: For the recolors Im using Pet Workshop then Ill get into LNZ Pro for things like No-Grow and eye colors XD; And to make ya'll go "Awwww" -> (I know theyre basic but hey, they're cute. x33)

Problem One: The only thing I can think of is either a) you didn't copy the ballz scales for the pup to the adult or b) there is the section of [Ballz size override] that's in your puppy LNZ section. You can easily fix this by copy and pasting that section into the adult LNZ. Problem Two: You're doing the variations in PW which means that they never work right. The only to get them working right in PW is to set the variations up in LNZ Pro first. Problem Three: Add this in your lnz. [Outline Color Override] #3 14,35 38,35 #2 14,2 38,2 #1 ## Add as many variations as you like, just change the second number. Very cute dachies. <3 Edit: More info on variations: miscehviousones.com/ Tutorials > Hexing > LNZ Pro > Variations

Yes, that's easily one of the hardest things to hex: variations. Alright, so basically you look for the outline override section in LNZ Pro. If you don't have one, then you can easily just create one. [Outline Color Override] For the first variation, you always put a "#" and then a number. If you want to link the variations with a certain coat color, you make sure that they have the same numbers and you add a letter. If you want the eyes to just be random. Don't put a letter. So, let's make one variation. The eyes will both be pink. The first number relates to the ball number (L and R iris), and the 2nd relates to the color. [Outline Color Override] #1 14, 7538, 75## If you want to add more variations, just add a "2" at the top. The higher numbers alway go at the top. [Outline Color Override] #2 14, 8538, 85#1 14, 7538, 75## Now we have the eye colors of pink or red. -------------- Hopefully that clears it up a little. The main thing with variations is that you just need to try and work through them the first time. It comes after doing it a few times. And if you want me to explain the linking the eye colors to the coat more, just let me know and I will happily to so.

Variations are difficult, but they are harder if you try to do complicated (ie. linked or multiple sets) in Pet Workshop, get them fouled up, and have to pick through the lnz and delete the corrupt sections - or start again. I've fallen into that trap.
When I make no grows with pet workshop, I normally work on the adult to make it look exactly like I want both adult and puppy to look. Then I delete everything in the puppy's .lnz and paste the adult's there. The pet doesn't change as it ages if both sections are the same.
