My little twon has a pretty good one (dogs only). It's mainly hearding type dogs since we are a rural area but all the dogs go to foster homes (there are 56 homes available) until they find good families, then the family has to go for three hour long sessions withthe dog at different times of the day to see if they really want that dog, then the people come look at the applicants home to make sure it is suitable, if they pass they get to take it home. Finally two weeks later they come back for a check up to see how everyone is getting along. ;o) Pretty good in my book. ;o) they really try to watch out for the dog. Also, if there is a problem, they take the dog back no questions asked.

Our local shelter has this adorable Pitt Bull named Molly. Once again I made the mistake of volunteering at the shelter. I was going to help them with their site Pitt Bulls On The Web. I told them I was bad at html and graphics but with help from someone there hopefully I can run the site for them like they want me to.They wanted to start a site for all their Pitbulls that needed adopting. It's not up yet though. And I had to take a pic of Molly and I fell in love with her. Her mom was killed fighting when Molly was about 1 week. They found the dead mom and a litter a 4 pups. All dead accept Molly and one other pup that died 2 days later. But I want to adopt her but my mom says 4 dogs and the rest of our animals is enough. She will be put to sleep in 4 days so 4 days to try to convince my mom. Here she is.

That's one of her problems. She is aggresive with other dogs and that's one of the reasons my mom doesn't want her. If I can get her I would have to keep her at my dads house for awhile and take her to obedience classes. But with work the humane society thinks she should be able to be with other dogs but they reccomend obedience classes.

And another plus is that she would be able to show. Her parents owners where breeders and showers of pittbulls but they gave all their dogs to their son who used them for fighting. So she has good show lines.

She's in Wisconsin. But there are being really carefull about who they place her with because she is aggressive so they don't want her in a home with young kids, other female dogs, and they are doing a background check on people. Plus they are worried someone might use her for fighting. But I don't think a trip to your home is nessecary.
The rescue place isn't open yet. It's a private shelter owned my this older lady and it's on her property.

........One....Two...Three........ Katie hun.. you don't have to lie sweetie. First of all you're bandwidth stealing from another site. The picture that you're using for "Molly" is here pitbullsontheweb.com/mpr/pictures/midnight/b0.jpgAnother thing is one goes back on the root of that picture it leads you here pitbullsontheweb.com/mpr/dogs.htmlNow your "Molly" Character if everyone looks upon the root page and clicks upon the dog named Midnight you will find the same picture... If all don't mind you can find the whole story here www.pitbullsontheweb.com/mpr/dogs/midnight.html.....Part from that You might want to stop and think. I despise liars *walks away*
