...its me, livvy and i need some help i just decided to get back into petz on my new laptop, but i've got 3 petz and the adopted petz folder is empty anything i can do? it could possibly be the one i made to see if it would work, in which case i cant find it anywhere ty dahlings xx

As you said new laptop, I'm assuming it has Vista. Windows Vista FAQYes, it's on another forum, but it should help you if you do use Vista.

I tried it and it didnt work but apparently vista sometimes absolutely refuses to show somw folders. Thanks for the help anyway xx PS do you mind me asking where you got the collar on your avatar cat from?

Thanks for the help anyway xx PS do you mind me asking where you got the collar on your avatar cat from? Vista has all sorts of file quirks designed to protect you from yourself. GAH!!! As a result, it does not get along well with Petz games. The best thing to do and a way to avoid nearly all potential problems is 1. Save your petz and any files you downloaded to a temporary folder outside of Program Files or to a cd. 2. Uninstall Petz using Add/Remove Programs 3. Now install Petz OUTSIDE of the Program Files folder. 4. Move your saved petz and downloaded files from the temporary folder to the appopriate folders in you newly installed Petz gam. All the files should now appear. If not, you may need to run the program as Administrator.

...only, I cant save my petz because I dont have a petz folder. And I dont want to lose them all
